It's not as intuitive as I hoped to use the mobile apps, and it seems there are many steps to doing the main process which led me to purchase PSF filler--uploading and emailing HIPAA related documents that I've photographed. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve, however, so I am still hopeful.
With two helpful and timely chat guidance, I was able to resolve my problems with scanning and uploading photographed documents quickly. I still wish the mobile app allowed me to rename the document so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in the browser app, but am happy with many other features at this point.

This software made it easy for me to complete a single 1099-MISC that i needed and that i wasn't able to use my current software for. I was able to quickly create the document and send it out to the necessary party on a time crunch.
This would not be good to use for a large amount of 1099's but, it did meet my needs.

I had a Subscription for PDF filler It worked well. Easy to use very user-friendly. Unfortunately, my financial circumstances are such. I had to cancel my subscription on the day it had renewed. I sent an email. Sara could not have been more helpful. My subscription was canceled, and I received an immediate return of the fee. Very happily satisfied.

Took a bit to find the "how to use Zapier" tricks (Zapier had a link), and to learn how to use Fillable Fields properly. However, once over that hump, this service is fantastic. My workflows will be faster and cleaner from this point forward!!!

Great software for the money
Great software for the money. Has helped tremendously with our business needs. The only thing I would change is the LinktoFill. This gets confusing due to saving a file when you make updates to it and then you end up with having the two files. there should be an option to update exsiting file. Besides that, great program.

I love PDF Filler
I love PDF Filler. It took some getting used to but once I figured it, I cant function without it! No printing, no waiting for mail to show up. Turn any document into a PDF, fill it out, signature and all and go straight to Noterize for a 10 minute video Noterization followed by Fax in PDF Filler and ITS DONE! No printing, no scanning, no fax machine, no trip to the bank. and I can store ALL of my business docs safely to be emailed, noterized, faxed, sent by UPS, send to have someone else complete and return, share with multiple people...Even make make your own forms or turn an existing form into a template. Its future times... ACTUAL PAPERLESS SYSTEM! My only issue was the learning curve, It isn't exactly intuitive at first but it also doesn't take too many sessions to really figure it out.

Start by uploading a PDF to your pdfFiller account and opening it in the editor. Here you can make changes to the document: type or delete text anywhere on your PDF, add sticky notes, watermarks, logos, highlight, blackout, and draw shapes. When you’ve finished editing, click Done and select the Save As button.
Next, convert PDF to Word by selecting the corresponding format from the list. Then, choose where your document will be saved.
Once you’ve finished, click the Save As button to convert PDF to a Word document. Open the document in Word or any other program supporting the .docx format for further editing.
The process is the same: upload your PDF, open it in the editor, and make the changes you need. When finished, click Done and select the Save As button.
On the next page, choose to convert PDF to Excel Spreadsheet, select where the document will be saved, and click Save As.
